My 30 Day Program

Welcome to Day 1 of your 30 day program. This program has been designed to maximize success and is as easy as Eat this, Do this, Think this. Below you’ll find 3 modules for each day walking you through each step to better physical and mental fitness.
The first module is EAT THIS: A specialized meal plan intended to provide your body with the proper nutrition daily. Every day for 30 days you’ll move through the day via the meal buttons located “here”. Click on the meal you’re on and you will be given 2 options to chose from. Below each option are tabs providing ingredients, procedure, and step by step video tutorials for each meal when available.
If neither of the two options are right for you press the button below for more options.
Next is Do This. Do This is your exercises for the daily. Navigate through different exercises via the tabs at the top. Some exercises are to be done at certain times of the day and are marked either Morning or Evening. Others can be done at any time that is convenient.
The last module is Think this. Think this is the key to whole program. Here you will be given a daily life coaching and personality workshop. These will be given by our World Class trainers and life coaches. Here you will also find a worksheet/planner to aid you in planning your goals and a weekly motivation/nutrition video to watch and come back to throughout the week if you need an extra push.
