Internal Motivation

Means that you are motivated on your own.

Sports like Jogging, Running, Going to Gym by Yourself.

A lot of people think they are Internally Motivated this way but let me ask you if you have worked out the last two years over 5 times each week. If not the likelihood that you are internally motivated is slim.

Externally Motivated

If you have to go to go to trainer, class, a sport, meet a friend you are externally motivated and Your plan at the end of this LiF Plan should reflect that – (this is not a bad thing).

Don’t be afraid to switch from internally motivated plan to an externally plan.

The goal is the most important thing – stick to your purpose. Make Adjustments!!
