Cook Quinoa according to package directions.
Roast Yams in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until soft.
Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms until soft.
Grill or broil flank steak to your liking and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
In a hot egg pan, cook eggs to desired temperature.
Portion all ingredients in a bowl and season.
