Instructions
1. Toast bagel thins
2. Top each half with 1 tablespoon of Neufchatel cheese, 1 oz. salmon, ¼ tablespoon drained capers, ½ slice red onion & ½ sprig of parsley.
5. Serve with 2 fresh strawberries.
